How we work?

We dedicate the required number of collectors to each client company to function as an extension of the company's receivables management and collections department, working from our office in Barbados.

The team is supervised and managed by an experienced credit/collections manager with over 25 years of Canadian and U.S. experience.

Under this accounts receivable collections management system, the staff is trained on your company product and/or service, which enables them to develop an intimate knowledge of your business, your industry and your customers. 

This combined with our professional in-house collections training, allows us to deliver superior and consistent cash collection results while building and enhancing your relationship with your customers.

We begin by thinking from the end. The collections manager meet with clients to identify company policy so as to develop a customized best approach to achieve required results. 

This includes, addressing your customer culture, your cost savings objectives, cash collections from receivables targets and timings to process improvements.

Our collection work center facility in Barbados, is designed to be easily expandable to meet client requirement for additional collector seats.  For collectors, we have created a pool of screened and qualified people that we can dedicate to any client expanding receivable portfolio as required.

This way we can ramp-up to meet any size company receivable collection portfolio management requirement at short notice, for long or short term engagements or to support the full end-to-end outsourcing of the order-to-cash receivables management functions.
