CollectAR is positioned with its corporate head office and collections centers in Toronto, Canada, supported by an expandable back-office in the Caribbean. This way we can ramp-up as required to meet any size company receivable collection portfolio management requirement at short notice for long or short term engagements or to support the full end-to-end outsourcing of the order-to-cash business process functions.

However, clients never have to cross the ocean or having to deal directly with the collection representative assigned to their various portfolios. Client always deal with Canadian accounts managers.
