This is an intensive one-day training workshop designed to give people new to the credit and collectors industry an intensive orientation of the business of credit and collections.
This training will provide the participant with the tools to be productive as a credit and collections representative as they continue to transfer the training to the job.
The CollectAR quick-start training is an easy and faster way of giving people new to the industry, real-world credit and collections skills training. It is also a more cost-effective way of delivering basic credit and collection education when introducing new people to the industry and the business of credit/collections management.
This training will provide the necessary knowledge overview and orientation needed to create the
type of out-of-the-box confidence needed, by new credit and collections representatives as they begin their career in the credit/collections business.
This training is also a way of minimizing attrition rate of new people to the industry, due to the challenges of
acquiring and developing the required skills for credit decision making and evaluation of risks, collections calls management, call volumes management, accounts portfolio management and the management of collections stress factors.
Trainees are introduced to the DiSC personal profile science and how to use the techniques to get results by design, rather than by default.
This training will help credit/collectors people develop a better understand
of themselves and their behavioral style, in the work situation and pinpoint how they can better apply their own behavioral style more effectively, to get planned results in the credit and receivable collections business.
Transferring the training to the job
Participants in the new collector training workshop are given a take away open book review exam to be completed within 30 days on the job and mailed back to CollectAR, for after training follow-up proficiency development review.
This step is designed to enhance the transfer of the training to the job. Based on the correctness of the proficiency review results, the collector will be issued a certificate of successful completion and participation, with a copy of the feedback sent to their employer/company and/or agency.
